Tom and Diana Bedel of Rushville will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with an open house and sock hop from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011 at New Salem Lions Club.
Diana Martin and Tom Bedel were marred March 20, 1971, at St. Mary Church in Rushville.
Mr. Bedel is a farmer in Rush County. His wife is a homemaker.
They are the parents of Susan Flemming, Melissa (Jeff) Johnson, Lisa (Kenny) Holloman and Tami (Zak) Dawson. They have 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
