Daniel Wright and Kara Montgomery are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching marriage. Kara is the daughter of Bob and Brenda Montgomery of Rushville. She is the granddaughter of Jesse and Betty Shook of Milroy and the late Robert and Scrildia Montgomery of Rushville. Kara is a 2004 graduate of Indiana Trail Academy of Kenosha, Wis. She currently is employed at Walgreens as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician. Daniel is the son of Douglas and Cheryl Wright of Carthage. He is the grandson of Lowell and Marlene French of Carthage and Harold and the late Patricia Wright of Knightstown. Daniel is a 1997 graduate of Knightstown High School and a 2002 graduate of Indiana University. He currently is employed as an insurance agent at French Insurance Agency. The wedding is planned for 4:30 p.m. April 9, 2011 at Rushville Church of Christ with Pastor Jerry Holdman officiating. A reception will immediately follow at the Elks Lodge of Rushville.
