RUSHVILLE —
Paul and Karen Sutton of Rushville, wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sherry Renee, to Joseph Michael McGowan. Joe is the son of Joseph and Dolores McGowan of Cincinnati. The couple will be married on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Sanctuary on Penn located in downtown Indianapolis.
The future bride is a 2000 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. She graduated with a Bachelors degree from Butler University in 2004 and a Masters degree from Ball State University in 2009. She is currently the director of development at Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis.
The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Anderson High School, Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned a Bachelors degree from Ball State University in 2006. He is an English teacher and baseball coach at Warren Central High School in Indianapolis.
