Brittany Hoeing and Tony Bowers would like to announce their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple is planning a 2:30 p.m. May 30 wedding at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville.
The daughter of Don and Maryalice Hoeing, the bride-elect is a 2002 Rushville Consolidated High School graduate and received her Associates Degree of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in Terre Haute. She currently is employed as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Surgery Department at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.
The son of Larry and Glenna Bowers of Lafayette, the prospective groom is a 1999 Lafayette Jefferson High School graduate and received his Bachelor Degree in Safety Management from Indiana State University in Terre Haute. He currently is employed as an Industrial Safety Specialist at the Newport Chemical Depot in Newport but soon will be employed as a Field Safety Technician at Pioneer in Rushville.
