The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Oakes of Glenwood and James Wilkinson of Rushville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wilkinson of Falmouth and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Heller of Rushville.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cassil Andrews Jr. of Mays and is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Dudley of Carthage.
The bride-elect is a 1993 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and is employed at First Call Staffing.
The prospective groom is a 1987 RCHS graduate and is employed at C & R Racing.
The couple is planning a May 15, 2010 wedding at Center Christian Church. The reception will follow at the RushShelby Community Building at the Rush County Fairgrounds.
