RUSHVILLE —
Dr. J.R. Billman and Miss Kanruethai Butr-Udom, pictured here volunteering at their favorite charity, The Foundation for Slum Child Care, in Bangkok, Thailand, would like to announce their engagement and wedding plans for 2013.
Dr. Billman is a graduate of the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and currently serves as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist with Indiana University Health and is a former owner of The Rushville Pharmacy. Miss Butr-Udom received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Chandrakasem Rajahat University and currently serves as an administrative officer for a science and technology research and development firm in Bangkok, Thailand.
The couple is planning a May 18, 2013, traditional U.S. wedding in Las Vegas, Nev., with the Mandalay Bay Resort and The Wedding Chapel of Las Vegas in charge of all arrangements. The couple is also planning a Dec. 21, 2013, traditional Thai wedding in Bangkok, Thailand with the Banyon Tree Resort Hotel, The Blue Elephant restaurant, and the Monk in charge handling all of the arrangements.
A honeymoon is being planned with Club Med in The Maldives. Upon returning, the couple plans on splitting their time between Rushville, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Arizona, and Bangkok, Thailand.
Dr. Billman is the Father of Elizabeth Billman of Washington,DC, and Ean Billman, a Junior at Indiana University-Bloomington.
