Blaine Tebbe and Jillian Evans would like to announce their engagement.
Blaine is the son of Scott and Susan Tebbe of New Salem and the grandson of Melvin and Beverly Tebbe of Brookville and Dave and Betsy Brown of Shelbyville.
Jillian is the daughter of Jeff and Cheryl Evans of Rushville and the granddaughter of Gerald and Winona Evans and Kenny and Marilyn Vogel, all of Rushville.
Blaine is a 2006 RCHS graduate and is employed with Crop Production Services.
Jillian is a 2005 RCHS graduate and is employed with Centerstone.
The couple is planning an August wedding.
