NARFE Chapter met at Dutch Mill
NARFE Chapter 0813 met May 19 at the Dutch Mill Buffet at Milroy with 19 members and one guest present.
Independent accountant Larry L. Stout gave an informative talk on income tax. President Sue Huber conducted the meeting.
Membership chairman Eva VanNatta announced that three new members have joined NARFE. It was announced that longtime member Marie Jeffries passed away April 28; a donation was given and thank you received from First Baptist Church at Rushville.
Next meeting will be at 11:30 a.m. June 16 at the Dutch Mill Buffet with optional lunch following the meeting. The program will be about Abraham Lincoln and Springfield, Ill.
