Sunny the Clown spreads cheer

RUSHVILLE — Sunny, the clown (Gini Whittaker) recently helped Pat Springman and Rita Emsweller of Mental Health America in Rush County delivery summer treats to residents of Flatrock River Lodge.

Mental Health is an agency of the Rush County United Fund.
