RUSHVILLE —

Dear Editor: We just want to thank everyone that in any way contributed to our recent Toys For Tots Bike Ride and Sock Hop. Although mother nature did not cooperate with the motorcycle ride and I'm sure had an adverse affect on the sock hop, we still raised money for children in need at Christmas. Special thanks to the local American Legion for providing the facility and for a nice monetary donation that they made. We also thank Bill and Sharon for the DJ service. We regret the nasty weather but very much appreciate your support. Thanks, Delbert Frazier Rush County Bikers Toys For Tots

Parking on Jackson
In regards to Jackson Street being turned into a two-way street, I think it is time that the city stops people from parking the way they did when the restaurant was there. It is a hazard and makes it impossible to drive when there is oncoming traffic.
