Dear Editor: We just want to thank everyone that in any way contributed to our recent Toys For Tots Bike Ride and Sock Hop. Although mother nature did not cooperate with the motorcycle ride and I'm sure had an adverse affect on the sock hop, we still raised money for children in need at Christmas. Special thanks to the local American Legion for providing the facility and for a nice monetary donation that they made. We also thank Bill and Sharon for the DJ service.
