The family of Raymond (Rick) Ketchum would like to express our deep appreciation for the support, prayers, flowers, cards, phone calls and other gifts we received during Rick’s passing.
We would like to thank our family and friends, Rush Memorial ER Staff, the paramedics and Lifeline personnel, and Clarian IU North Hospital for their effort and compassion.
