RUSHVILLE —
Dear friends,
We would like to thank you for all the cards, visits, calls, food, and especially for the prayers.
Many people and churches had Bill on their prayer lists.
Bill Todd, was a great husband, father, grandpa, son, brother and friend. He was so thankful and blessed to share his life with you and yours with all of us.
Thank you to so many but especially to sisters Rosie and Cathy; the RMH oncology nurses, Michelle, Erin and Tammy, Dr Ayon and Dr Stahl; our great co-workers at the courthouse; all the law enforcement officers, great friends and dear classmates.
A very special thank you to the person that placed the flags in our yard on Veterans Day. You really touched our hearts. Bill loved God, country and family.
To brother Jim Todd; Father Gries; the Beard and Todd families, a great big thank you.
As Bill would say, “God Bless you and Go Irish.”

Remembering an old friend
Dear Editor:
The Mike Lacy I knew was a man who lived in the past. We only spent time with each other a few years, in high school and for a few years after. Mike and I shared a love of old movies, TV shows, music, and classic radio programs. Along with friends, we participated in parades in Rushville and other activities, dressing as the Marx Brothers with Mike portraying W.C. Fields (this was when Mike was heavier and before he became his svelte self). - More Letters to the Editor Headlines
