The city of Rushville, in conjunction with the Parks & Recreation Department and the Rush County F.O.P., invites everyone to their 11th annual Halloween Costume Parade Wednesday, Oct. 31 at the Rush County Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion. Sign-ups begin at 5:30 p.m. with the parade and judging beginning at 6 p.m.
The Halloween Costume Parade is for all ages, adults too!
A treat bag and prize will be given to each participant.
Rushville’s trick or treating hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
