RUSHVILLE — There is a water main break at 5th and Arthur Street. That intersection will be closed all weekend. They will fix this on Monday. Monday there will be 60 people affected. Those 60 people will be under a boil water advisory and they will be notified by door hangers. Any further questions please call the City Utilities at 932-4124.

Memorial Day service plans announced
