RUSHVILLE — Pursuant to I.C. 3-11-8-3.2 the following locations are designated polling places for the General Election to be held Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in Rush County. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    RushShelby Energy has announced that their offices will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 17 so the employees may attend the funeral of Dennis Rhoades, a 33 year employee of the cooperative. Emergency phones will be answered during the office closure.

    Saturday night, the Laughlin Center for the Performing Arts was the setting for the sold out 2013 Pops Concert by the RCHS Choirs under the direction of Paul Grizzard, choral director.
    The annual Pops Concert is highly anticipated and tickets generally are hard to come by after the first few days of availability.
