Rushville Consolidated High School Principal Matt Vance recently announced the winners for the Character Counts Award. The trait was respect and the selected students were Taylor Linville, Brittany Wilson, Colin Philips, Austin Seals, and Cole Hittle. The staff members selected were Mrs. Edna Moster and Mr. Pat Haney. The winners receive a certificate, a T-shirt, and lunch at Pizza King. Character Counts is a program designed to recognize good character traits in both students and staff. Each month a trait is announced and then students and staff have an opportunity to nominate others for this award. The Rush County Community Foundation was the December sponsor for the event.
