Milroy boil advisory update
n The Anderson Township Regional Sewer District has announced the boil water advisory for Milroy residents residing on Walnut Street and west of Walnut Street only has been canceled. All other Milroy residents should continue to boil water.
Monument restoration workshop to be presented
n Rushville East Hill Cemetery is sponsoring a workshop Saturday at the cemetery. Fayette County resident John Walters of the Indiana State Historical Society will present the program on monument restoration. Space is limited to 40, so make reservations with Julie Newhouse, East Hill secretary, at 932-2327 (office) or 932-5226 (home) by today.
Fireworks funds needed
n Rush County Fireworks is collecting for this year’s Fourth of July show. Donations may be sent to Rush County Fireworks, P.O. Box 282, Rushville IN 46173.

Contracts signed with Carthage, Anderson Township
