11 a.m.: Illegal drug use reported in the 1200 block of Lions Path.

11:15 a.m.: Kaleb Matthew Paul, 18, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy and possession of marijuana. A $7,500 bond was listed.

11:29 a.m.: Theft reported in the 100 block of South Water Street.

3:31 p.m.: Accident reported in the 1900 block of North SR 3.

7:57 a.m.: Livestock out reported on CR 700S near CR 700E.

12:20 p.m.: Illegal drug use reported in the 100 block of East First Street in Rushville.

4:22 p.m.: Residential burglary reported in the 4100 block of East CR 900N.

2:56 a.m.: Automobile theft reported in the 7000 block of West U.S. 52 in Arlington.

5:50 p.m.: Helmat M. Braun, 55, of Lexington, KY., was cited for speeding (76/55) on U.S. 52 near CR 600W.

8:14 p.m.: Heather M. McDaniel, 32, of Rushville, was cited for no vehicle registration plate on a vehicle in the 300 block of West Second Street in Rushville.

12:35 a.m.: Cody D. Boyer, 20, of Arlington, was cited for speeding (67/55) in the 5700 block of West U.S. 52.

8:13 p.m.: James A. Ringer, 45, of Indianapolis, was cited for speeding (69/55) in the 5700 block of West U.S. 52.

8:43 p.m.: Residential burglary reported in the 1000 block of South Flatrock River Road.

10:41 p.m.: Cheresh B. Noel, 36, of Homer, was cited for speeding (69/55) in the 2500 block of West SR 44.

1:09 a.m.: Accident reported in the 2100 block of West SR 44.

2:41 a.m.: Cheresh Bernice Boswell, 36, of Homer, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated an OWI while under the influence of a controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was listed.
