Car Show
The annual car show and swap meet gets underway at 8 a.m. Saturday in North Veterans Memorial Park.
Farmers’ Market
Due to the July 4 parade the local farmers’ and artisans’ market will be located in the 100 block of West Third Street this Saturday. Hours are 9 a.m. to noon.
Parade
Line-up for the July 4 parade starts at 9 a.m. near the Knights of Columbus hall on East Third Street. The parade starts at 11 a.m. and will travel from Third to Main Street, north to 11th Street and then west to the fairgrounds.
Briar Patch
Briar Patch Players performances will be held at 2 and 5 p.m. Saturday in the Laughlin Center.
Fireworks show
The annual fireworks show will begin at 10 p.m. Saturday north of Rushville Elementary School. Music for the show will be broadcast on 90.7 fm.
