RUSHVILLE —
Michael David Wolf, 54, of Vero Beach, Fla. and formerly of Rushville, died Dec. 22, 2012 after an extended illness with his wife, Pamala Yates Wolf, at his bedside.
He was born in Arlington and moved to Sebastian, Fla. 10 years ago from Rushville.
He served with the Rushville Fire Department for 22 years and held the rank of lieutenant upon retirement. Michael was certified in various aspects of firefighting, prevention and inspection which included NFPA Instructor I, II and III. He also owned and operated M&W Fire Extinguisher Sales and Service, Rushville, from 1985 to 2001.
Survivors include two children, several brothers and sisters, two grandchildren, all from Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
