RUSHVILLE — Peggy Ann Puckett, 62, of Mays, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 while in the company of family members at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield.

Peggy was born Aug. 15, 1950 in Russellville, Ky., the daughter of the late Estelle (Hulsey) and John Trent.

She attended Center Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Puckett; daughters, Betsy Shantelle (Nate) Williams of Jacksonville, Fla., Bree Anna (Dave) Slaye of Rushville and Anna (Tim) Hillman of Milan; son, David Brent Griffin of Berne; sister, Betsy (David) Brown of Shelbyville; brothers, John (Sharron) Trent Jr. of Elwood and Robert (Debbie) Trent of Lima, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Trent.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Center Christian Church with Rev. Bill Worrell officiating.

Arrangements by Burns Funeral Home, Milroy.

Memorials to Methodist Transplant Center, Indianapolis.
