Bridgitte R. Bowling, 49

RUSHVILLE —

Bridgitte R. Bowling, 49, of Milroy, passed away Monday, Aug. 23, 2010 at Rush Memorial Hospital. Bridgitte was born Dec. 30, 1960 in Alliance, Ohio to George and Violet (Kale) Eckis, both living. She spent her early life in Ohio where she was a 1978 graduate of Western Reserve High School in Berlin Center and had lived in Milroy since 1986. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents Bridgitte is survived by her sons, Stevie and Bruce Bowling of Milroy; a daughter, Chelsie Bowling (and fiancé' Chad Love) of Milroy; father of the children, Steve Bowling of Milroy; sisters, Georgia (and husband, Tom) Cochran of Canton, Ohio and Sandy Schooley of Austintown, Ohio; and grandsons, Jaxon Linville and Maddux Love. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 27 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville with Pastor Phil Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
