Ken Masters (left) was in charge of the program at the Rushville Breakfast Optimist Club meeting Tuesday, Jan. 8. His guest was Sandy Fussner (right), executive director of the Rush County Chamber of Commerce. Fussner told the Optimists that since her first day at the Chamber in April of 2012, the support of the community has been wonderful. She stated that events such as Rushfest and Christmas on Main were well attended last year, and membership has increased with 60 local businesses becoming Chamber Partners.
