On Sept. 1, RCHS Class of ‘87 celebrated their 25th reunion, The class had a wonderful turn out at Antler’s Point Golf Course. So many classmates commented on Facebook how much fun the reunion was. Local man to drive in 500 Parade
Darrel Wilkinson of Rushville has been contacted by the 500 Festival Parade Committee to drive his vintage Mercury convertible in this year’s IPL 500 Festival Parade.

The Jivin Jackson 4-H Club met May 14 at the Jackson Township Community Club with Jarrod White calling the meeting to order, Caitlyn Morris leading the American pledge and Devan Draper leading the 4-H pledge.

The members of Psi Iota Xi, Iota chapter held a Mother-Daughter-Doll Tea on Sunday, May 5 in the basement of St Paul’s United Methodist Church. Mothers, daughters and their dolls gathered for an afternoon of pleasantries.

The RCHS Class of 1983 is planning their 30 year class reunion for this summer. The event will take place starting at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at the Knights of Columbus.

Friends Too met at the Home of Joleye Icenogle. President Roberta Cole opened the meeting and welcomed everyone. Naming your favorite president for roll call was very interesting.

Local residents initiated into the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi
Cayla Simmermon and Mylee Simmermon, both at Butler University and from Knightstown, were recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

Noble Niters Home Ec Club
The Noble Niters Home Ec Club met April 24 at the New Salem Methodist Church Ed Building. Marlene Fudge was host and Karen Hoeing was co-host. Eleven members and one guest answered the roll call response with their middle name.
