RUSHVILLE —
The Rush County Genealogical Society will meet at 11 a.m. the Oct. 13, the second Saturday of the month, at the Rushville Elks. Visitors are always welcome. For this installment, we have the following inquiry from John Flentge who is working on his family genealogy and needs your help:
I am working on Philemon Plummer Jr. and his wife Mary Means. The information I have says that Philemon died 4 November 1823 in Rush County. I am trying to find where he is buried? I also have that Mary Means died AFT 1826 in Madison County. I would like to know where she is buried also.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
John can be reached at johnd701e@yahoo.com.
