RUSHVILLE — Ken Masters (left) presents the President’s gavel to Ken Rushton (right) to start the 2012-13 Optimist year at the Oct. 2 Rushville Breakfast Optimist Club meeting at the Park Restaurant. Masters served as president of the club the past three years. The following members were recognized for perfect attendance this past year: Marrisa Taylor, John Wall, Ken Masters, Raleigh Cox, Ken Rushton, Brian Humphrey, Chuck Kemker and Kevin Stone.
