4:20 p.m.: Samantha Jane Mundy, 21, of Rushville, was arrested on a charge of obtaining a prescription by fraud or deceit.
5:20 p.m.: David Eugene Newman, 26, of Rushville, was arrested on a charge of battery.
8:40 p.m.: Jesse Thomas Bolen, 21, of Rushville, was cited in the 100 block o North Morgan Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended. Bolen was later arrested on a charge of possession of a Chinese throwing star.
