10/21/12

8:46 p.m.: Lisa A. Martin, no age given, of Hope, was arrested on an unspecified alcohol related offense. No bond was indicated on the arrest report.

10/22/12

10:55 a.m.: Fraud reported in the 700 block of West 11th Street.

7:40 p.m.: Gregory A. Cline, 31, of Rushville, was cited in the 700 block of West Second Street for loud and unnecessary noise and disorderly conduct.

7:59 p.m.: Brittanie N. Childers, 16, of Shelbyville, was cited in the 600 block of West Third Street for operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a drivers license.

9:06 p.m.: Fight reported in the 600 block of West 11th Street.

10:01 p.m.: Domestic disturbance reported in the 300 block of West Third Street.

11:40 p.m.: William Clayton Turner, 45, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of battery, battery causing serious bodily injury and aggravated battery. No bond information was indicated on the arrest report.

12:24 p.m.: Accident reported in the 1600 block of North Main Street.

6:08 p.m.: Accident reported in the 700 block of North Harrison Street.

9:08 p.m.: Theft reported in the 1000 block of North Maple Street.

Rush County Sheriff’s Department

10/22/12

1:50 p.m.: Tony R. Shreve, 37,of Greensburg, was arrested on a warrant for theft and automobile theft. A $10,000 bond was listed.

4 p.m.: Joshua Gene North, 22, of Rushville, was arrested on a warrant for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. A $10,000 bond was listed.

11:09 p.m.: Livestock out reported in the 2800 block of East Gings Road.

11:30 a.m.: James I. Bowling, 40, of Manilla, was arrested on a warrant for revoking of bond on a undisclosed prior charge. No bond was set.

10/23/12

8:30 p.m.: Jeffery Alan Gulley, 23, no address given, was arrested in the 300 block of North Market Street, Carthage, on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction.) A $15,000 bond was listed.
