10:50 a.m.: Cynthia Nicole Smart, 34, of New Castle, was arrested for failure to appear.

1:15 p.m.: Evan Keith Kennedy, 20, of Rushville, was arrested in the 800 block of North Jackson Street on  an unspecified writ of attachment..

11:30 p.m.: Richard Eugene Sallee Jr., 32, of Rushville, was arrested on a non-payment of child support warrant.
