Rushville Police Department 7/14/10 2:15 p.m.: Amy Lynn Robertson, 20, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance in the body and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. A $10,000 bond was listed. 2:55 p.m.: Theft reported in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. 9:58 p.m.: Michael Lawrence O’Conner, 53, of Rushville, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .19 percent. A $10,000 bond was listed. Rush County Sheriff’s Department 7/14/10 6:48 a.m.: Criminal mischief reported in the 300 block of East Second Street in Rushville. 7:45 p.m.: Gene O. Slaven, 52, of Milroy, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. A $10,000 bond was listed.
