9:49 p.m.: Brent D. Cummins, 27, of Rushville, was cited and arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driver’s license.

11:13 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported on SR 44 near CR 125W.
11:15 p.m.: Jeffery Wayne Ellison, 36, of Glenwood, was arrested in the 1000 block of West SR 44 on a charge of possession of marijuana.
11:15 p.m.: Mindy Jo Woliung, 39, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1000 block of West SR 44 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

10:25 p.m.: Duane A. Dunaway, 20, of Pershing, was arrested in the 10,000 block of CR 800E on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:25 p.m.: Jesse R. Hebel, 23, of Pershing, was arrested in the 10,000 block of CR 800E on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
