9:33 p.m.: James Greg Ash, 43, of Rushville, was arrested on a unspecified writ of attachment.

3:35 p.m.: Evan DeShawn Wilson, 21, of Rushville, was arrested for parole violation.

Rush County Sheriff’s Department

10:50 a.m.: Tiffany Sue Logsdon, 29, of Rushville, was arrested in the 300 block of West Third Street for parole violation.

12:28 p.m.: Amanda Michele Roberts, 32, of Manilla, was arrested on a charge of battery.

12:55 p.m.: Paula Michelle Moore, 57, of Manilla, was arrested in the 9500 block of West CR 250S on a charge of battery.

2:50 p.m.: Jesse Thomas Bolen, 21, of Rushville, was arrested on an unspecified writ of attachment.

5:34 p.m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported in the 7000 block of North CR 700W.

6:04 p.m.: Sara Louise Hastings, 46, of Milroy, was arrested on charges of theft.

6:10 p.m.: Ashley N. Ponsler, 25, of Manilla, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on  CR 800W near SR 44.

6:20 p.m.: Gary Lee Thompson, 30, of Rushville, was arrested on a bond revoking warrant.

1:15 a.m.: Darrell Lynn Trimnell, 53, of Indianapolis, was arrested on Carthage Pike near SR 140 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater.



Furnace fire

A wall of smoke and a small fire greeted employees as they arrived to work Thursday at BMO Harris Bank, 201 Conrad Harcourt Way, The discovery resulted in a call to the Rushville Fire Department. A furnace  was found to be at fault for the brief disruption in business. No injuries were reported and the bank opened at noon for business as usual.
