Rushville Police Department 8/18/10 7:33 a.m.: Bike theft reported in the 1000 block of West First Street. 8/19/10 1:42 p.m.: Theft reported in the 300 lock of North Main Street. 7:05 p.m.: Roney Matthew Watts, 22, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and theft. A $10,000 bond was listed. Rush County Sheriff’s Department 8/17/10 10:04 a.m.: Katelyn M. Acree, 20, of Stillwater, Okla., was cited for speeding (72/55) on SR 44 near CR 235S. 8/18/10 10 a.m.: Travis Lee Marshall, 24, of Greensburg, was arrested on two failure to appear writ of attachment warrants. Each warrant was for unspecified parole violations. No bond was listed. 5:25 p.m.: Frederick W. Boone, 33, of Greensburg, was cited for speeding (70/50) and non-possession of a valid operator’s license when required in the 3500 block of South SR 3. 10:40 p.m.: Kylee M. Wethington, 17, of Rushville, was cited for false or fictitious vehicle registration on SR 3 near CR 1100S. 8/19/10 12:10 a.m.: Veronica J. Eckart, 18, of Rushville, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with an expired driver’s license in the 3800 block of North SR 3. 8/19/10 7:51 a.m.: Theft reported in the 1200 block of West SR 44. 4:55 p.m.: Burglary reported in the 3100 block of South CR 700E. 7:11 p.m.: Trespassing reported in the 4300 block of East CR 900N.
