12/14/12

3:45 p.m.: Jennifer Lynn McDonald, 36, of Rushville, was arrested in the 900 block of East 11th Street on a warrant for false informing.

12/15/12

3:25 p.m.: Barry Lee Graham Jr., 34, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of West Second Street on a local warrant for battery, intimidation and disorderly conduct.

6:56 p.m.: Andrew S. Connolly, 48, of Rushville, was cited in the 100 block of West Second Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with false or fictitious vehicle registration. Connolly was later arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

8:47 p.m.: Misty Dawn Fernandes, 36, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Morgan Street on a charge of conversion.

12/14/12

2:05 p.m.: Ryan Scott Farley, 33, of  Rushville, was arrested on a warrant for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.

4 p.m.: Cameron W. Schmidt, 18, of Sunman, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

6:57 p,m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported in the 10,000 block of North CR 500E.

12/15/12

1 a.m.: George W. Burkley III, 49, of Goshen, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on SR 3 near CR 200N.

11:39 p.m.: Robert M. Crowe, 33, of Knightstown, was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and false informing.
