6:51 p.m.: Christopher L. Hall, 34, of Muncie, was cited in the 1300 block of North Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

3:51 p.m.: Rogelio Lubiano-Gonzalez, 24, of Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested on charges of forgery and counterfeiting.
