Rushville Police Department 7/15/10 12:35 p.m.: Jason Michael Ervine, 30, of Rushville, was arrested on a charges of domestic battery. A $10,000 bond was listed. Rush County Sheriff’s Department 7/15/10 9:26 a.m.: Theft reported in 1700 block of East Fry Road. 12:50 p.m.: Larry Alan Lewis Jr., 30, of Laurel, was arrested on an unspecified failure to appear warrant. No bond was indicated. 1:39 p.m.: Burglary reported in the 200 block of West State Street in Glenwood. 7/16/10 11:33 a.m.: Adam T. Nutter, 20, no address given, was arrested on seven count of theft and seven counts of forgery. A $30,000 bond was listed.
