2:05 a.m.: Steven Anthony Gilbert, 25, of Rushville, was arrested in the 900 block of North Morgan Street on charges of domestic battery and domestic battery in the presence of a minor child.
6:28 p.m.: Gregory Allan Thomas, 56, of Rushville, was arrested in the 800 block of West Second Street on a charge of domestic battery by strangulation.

1:20 p.m.; Tyler Clayton Phillips, 21, of Anderson, was arrested on a local warrant for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
4 p.m.: Donald Lee Garland, 57, of Shelbyville, was arrested for failure to appear.
7:30 p.m.: Tina Marie Franklin, 37, of Indianapolis, was arrested in the 400 block of SR 44 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.
10:18 p.m.: Jacob P. Clark-Amyx, 23, of Milton, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and possession of a controlled substance.
