1:50 a.m.: Christopher Day, 42, of Laurel, was arrested in the 300 block of West Third Street on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or greater.

11/23/12

9:22 a.m.: Criminal mischief reported int h 6800 block of West CR 650S.

11:25 a.m.: Jarrad Clayton Seaborn, 27, of Rushville, was arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily injury.

11/24/12

5:41 p.m.: Michael Joe Manser, no age given, of Falmouth, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

12:26 a.m.: Stephen Tyler Locke, 20, of Knightstown, was arrested on CR 1000Nnear CR 725W on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor.

12:26 a.m.: Alexander Joseph Woo Compton, 20, of Knightstown, was arrested on CR 1000N near CR 725W on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor.

3:35 a.m.: Whitney L. Workman, 23, of Mays, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on Rushville Road near CR 1000N.

4:30 a.m.: Brock E. Carfield, 22, of Rushville, was arrested on CR 124W near Old SR 44 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater and OWI with a controlled substance in the body.

6:38 p.m.: Debra A. Jarvis, 58, of Anderson, and April S. Droeger, 46, of Rushville, were involved in an accident in the 100 block of South Main Street in Rushville.

8:31 p.m.: Jerry L. Moore, 55, of Waldron, and Logan M. Callahan, 19, of Greensburg, were involved in an accident on CR 1000W near CR 900S.
