2:59 p.m.: Theft reported in the 400 block of North Arthur Street.

8:10 p.m.: Rene Garcia, 42, of Milroy, was arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driverÕs license.

9:07 p.m.: Dustin C. Boring, 23, of Rushville, was cited in the 200 block of North Main Street for disregarding a lighted signal.

9/1/12

12:51 a.m.: Lee William Fischer, 49, of Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater, possession of marijuana, OWI with a controlled substance in the body, OWI (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended for being deemed a habitual traffic violator.

3:37 a.m.: Brandt E. Hackwith, 24, of Toulon, Ill., was arrested in the 500 block of West Second Street on a charge of public intoxication.

2:11 p.m.: Danielle M. Field, 26, of Rushville, was cited for a seatbelt violation and operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

11:27 p.m.: Mango Loreno Zunan-Guzman, no age given, of Rushville, was arrested on an unspecified alcohol related offense.
