8:10 p.m.: Rene Garcia, 42, of Milroy, was arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driverÕs license.
9:07 p.m.: Dustin C. Boring, 23, of Rushville, was cited in the 200 block of North Main Street for disregarding a lighted signal.

12:51 a.m.: Lee William Fischer, 49, of Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater, possession of marijuana, OWI with a controlled substance in the body, OWI (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended for being deemed a habitual traffic violator.
