8:25 p.m.: Cora Michelle Ortiz, 23, of Rushville was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater and OWI with a controlled substance in the body.

5:120 a.m.: Dennis J. Green, 63, of Clyde, Ohio, was involved in an accident on U.S. 52 near CR 600W.

12/24/12

1:55 a.m.: Kathy Lynn Bussberg, 54, of Rushville, was arrested in the 3000 block of West CR 300N on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:29 p.m.: Gregory Alan Dyer, 29, of Carthage, was arrested in the 6800 block of West SR 44 on a warrant for theft.

12/25/12

2:57 a.m.: Brandon S. Butcher, 26, of Champaign, Ill., was arrested in the 7800 block of East SR 44 on charges of possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of bath salts.
