8:56 p.m.: Theft reported in the 100 block of West Seventh Street.

10:17 p.m.: Joseph B. Walls, 23, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, maintaining a common nuisance and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:17 p.m.: Sara Danielle (Baldwin) Walls, 27, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, maintaining a common nuisance and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:17 p.m.: Stacie A. (Whitfield) Feeback, 35, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, maintaining a common nuisance and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:17 p.m.: Dennis M. Feeback, 31, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of precursors used in the manufacturing of illegal drugs.

10:35 p.m.: Anthony S. Walker, 24, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:35 p.m.: Randy Wayne Chandler, 37, of North Vernon, was arrested in the 500 block of North Main Street on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school and possession of precursors used in the manufacturing of illegal drug.

5:05 p.m.: Rachel Renee Brady, 26, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1600 block of North Sexton Street for failure to appear.

6:53 p.m.: Devin A. Nichols, 19, of Rushville, cited in the 1600 block of North Sexton Street for improper headlights. Nichols was later arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction).

2:55 a.m.: Miranda Jean Briscoe, 29, of Noblesville, was arrested in the 800 block of North Main Street on charges of operating a  motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

2:10 p.m.: Patricia Ann Sallee, 46, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of North Hannah Street on a warrant for battery resulting in bodily injury.

1/21/13

12:05 a.m.: Bradley Seth Wooten, 18, of Rushville, was arrested in the 500 block of West 16th Street on a warrant for theft, disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

3:20 a.m.: Natasha Lynn Hinesley, 30, of Rushville, was arrested in the 400 block of North Main Street on four counts of domestic battery with a child present, domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

3:20 a.m.: William Michael Hinesley, 37, of Rushville, was arrested in the 400 block of North Main Street on four counts of domestic battery with a child present, domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

8:06 a.m.: Theft reported in the 6200 block of East U.S. 52.

4:15 p.m.: Anthony Lee Philpot, 37, of Rushville, was arrested on three unspecified body attachment warrants.

5:07 p.m.: Christopher J. Lakes, 51, of Rushville, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on U.S. 52 near CR 800W.

5:45 p.m.: Clint M. Edwards, 36, of Shelbyville, was arrested for probation violation.

7:15 p.m.: Heather Renee Puckett, 36, of Glenwood, was arrested for failure to appear.

8 p.m.: Jeremy Donald Foreman, 39, of Rushville, was arrested on an unspecified body attachment warrant.

11:15 p.m.: Jacob Douglas Blake, 19, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1200 block of North Willow Street for probation violation.
