3:12 a.m.: Daniel Richard Lucas, 40, of Carthage, was arrested in the 2000 block of North SR 3 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI (second offense), OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater and OWI endangerment.
10:36 p.m.: Robert William Rollins, 47, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

3:12 a.m.: Jeremy S. Ward, 31, of Pendleton, was cited in the 200 block of North Main Street for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended and non-possession of a valid operatorÕs license when required.

5:25 p.m.: Richard C. Maggard, 47, of Glenwood, was arrested on a warrant for pointing a firearm at another person and disorderly conduct.
6:35 p.m.: Anthony Ray Underwood, 33, no address given, was arrested for parole violation.
7:45 p.m.: Jesse Scott McMahan, 21, of Rushville, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI endangerment and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
10:29 p.m.: Robert Boswell Jr., 20, of Homer, was arrested in the 7200 block of West R44 on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor, operating a motor vehicle while never obtaining a driverÕs license, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a controlled substance in the body.
