5:11 p.m.: Melinda Anne Mills, 32, of Rushville, was arrested in the 400 block of West Second Street for probation violation.
8:45 p.m.: Robert D. Parsons, 31, of Laurel, was arrested in the 100 block of East Water Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10 p.m.: Jay Allen Carpenter, 51, of Rushville, was arrested in the 800 block of North Morgan Street on a sex offender residency offence.
