7:19 a.m.: Burglary reported in the 1100 block of South SR 3.

9 a.m.: Burglary reported in the 1000 block of South SR 3.

8:54 p.m.: Mark A. Logsdon, 32, of Rushville, was cited in the 1000 block of West First Street for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

5:57 p.m.: James S. Foster, 29, of Rushville, was cited in the 1600 block of North Main Street, for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.    

10/14/12

7:38 a.m.: Residential burglary reported in the 100 block of North Hannah Street.

3 p.m.: Christopher R. Ball, 24, of Rushville, was arrested in the 900 block of North Spencer Street on a charge of possession of hypodermic needles and a warrant for non-support of a dependent.

1:29 a.m.: Livestock out reported in the 1000 block of North CR 150E.

3:45 p.m.: Jaimy N. Porter, 35, of Rushville, was involved in an accident on CR 500N near CR 225W.

7:14 p.m.: Renee Perry Highsmith, 46, of Connersville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

7:33 p.m.: William C. Craven, 50, of Rushville, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on SR 3 near CR 400N.

7:40 p.m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported in the 1000 block of East CR 300N.

10/14/12

2:15 p.m.: Joshua B. Collis, 25, of Carthage, was arrested on an unspecified warrant.
