8:30 p.m.: Jonathan M. VanSchoyck, 22, of Milroy, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with expired vehicle registration in the 300 block of North Main Street.

10:40 a.m.: Kenneth Pursifull, 39, of Rushville, was arrested on a charge of child molestation. No bond was set.
