9:46 a.m.; Hit and run accident reported in the 800 block of East 11th Street.

6:15 p.m.: Jacob Douglas Blake, 20, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1200 block of North Willow Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:30 p.m.: Stephanie Len Counceller, 41, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1200 block of North Willow Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 block of Was listed.

10:25 p.m.: Zachary Gene Kennedy, 27, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of West Fourth Street for parole violation warrant.

11:45 a.m.: Lucretia L. Pursifull, 39, of Arlington, was arrested on a warrant for neglect of a dependent.

12:50 p.m.: Sara Beth Anderson, 29, of Rushville, was arrested on a unspecified writ of attachment warrant.

9:36 p.m.: Theft reported in the 2900 block of South Cross Street in Manilla.
