10:21 p.m.: Bradley Seth Wooten, 18, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1800 block of North Main Street on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

9/29/12

7 p.m.: Henry Hunter Case, 51, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of battery resulting in bodily injury, disorderly conduct and battery causing injury.

9/30/12

5:30 p.m.: Timothy Lee Buchanan, 35, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of West Seventh Street on charges of domestic battery, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

7:53 a.m.: Hit and run accident reported in the 4200 block of North SR 3.

12:32 p.m.: Burglary reported in the 2700 block of West CR 900N.

8:47 p.m.: Misty M. Antrobus, 33, of Carthage, was arrested in the 300 block of North Walnut Street in Carthage, on a charge of battery.

9/30/12

1:17 a.m.: Robert Boswell Jr., 20, of Homer, was arrested in the 7400 block of West SR 44 on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while never obtaining a driver’s license.

12:30 p.m.: Ross A. Carr, 22, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or greater.

12:36 a.m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported on CR 600N near CR 900W.
