1:17 a.m.: Robert Boswell Jr., 20, of Homer, was arrested in the 7400 block of West SR 44 on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while never obtaining a driver’s license.
12:30 p.m.: Ross A. Carr, 22, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or greater.
